Bee Repair Special Sugar Water

C & H cane sugar. Has no molasses or other constituents that the bees cannot digest.
Garlic
A Tablespoon of any of the following: lemongrass, mint, lavendar, sage
Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C) 500 mg. This lowers the Ph
Half Gallon Jar

  1. Fill your jar with sugar—1/2 full for spring mixture, 2/3-3/4 full for winter mixture
    2. Throw in your garlic, vitamin C and herbs
    3. Fill to top with boiling water and stir well to dissolve sugar.l
    4. Let Cool
    5. Strain and serve. In a TBH I often feed in a baggie laid below the brood area with a few pinholes in it. An end feeder works well of you have a slot end entrance. You can also put an end feeder inside the hive towards the back end.
